Todd Swanson became a mortgage broker in 2002 and from the start has been passionate about helping his clients create wealth thru real estate. He has been a top producer in the mortgage broker industry for over a decade and is a Continuing Education instructor for Real Estate agents and Financial Planners on real estate related topics including a course he co-wrote on rental property analysis. In the last two years, Todd has assisted investors with the analysis and financing of 90 properties. He bought his first rental property, a triplex in Anaheim, CA in 2000 as a partnership with a friend. Twenty-three rental units later, he has participated in all side of the transactions (buyer, seller, agent, and lender) to include arranging seller financing as both the buyer and the seller. Along the way doing just about every kind of transaction that can be done with a single-family home. He currently owns rental homes in Mississippi and Michigan.
