Mr Swanson also has that quality and I recommend his professionalism as a person ... Todd, Andi, and team made a difficult mortgage and later a refinance as easy as possible. I had special circumstances that required a reduculous amount of documentation, but Todd Swanson and team were dilegent and precise with working with me to obtain what was needed to get it done. They had impeccable follow through to keep me updated during the entire process. When I left Sesttle and moved to San Diego I left a best friend that happened to be a mortgage lender. I knew she had my best interests in mind so I had absolute trust.
