Todd and his team got it done Todd was referred to me by a few friends who have used him. Somehow someway idk...but I got into the house I wanted and Todd got me there. He will put you on the right track to secure a loan thats beneficial to you. I will definitely use him to refinance when its time, couldnt be happier I went with an office team that answers the phone when you call....yes, they answer the phone and talk to you when you have issues.

Todd not only found a lender willing to make the loan but also at an interest rate ... Todd came through when other mortgage brokers said that they couldn't help. Other lenders said that they couldn't loan into our community because the Homeowners Association was involved in a Construction Defects lawsuit. Todd not only found a lender willing to make the loan but also at an interest rate lower than what the other institutions (who had rejected our loan) had quoted.
He is extremely honest and thorough.
I recommend him without hesitation.

Greatest Financing Experience I was referred to Todd Swanson to refinance my home. The process was easy and seamless and Todd and his team delivered on all his promises. I am so happy to refer him and his team to my family and Friends. I am now in the process of having Todd and his team help purchase a commercial property and look forward to working with him again. In this day and age honesty, integrity and transparency are hard traits to find. Todd and his team make it seem like we were always his top priority. Its not about the money with him, i consider him a friend and i will use and refer him now and in the future. Thanks Todd for all your expertise and i appreciate all your help. Amazing Lender-First Class Service-Very Knowledgeable I have been working with Todd Swanson and his team for over 20 years. I am in the title insurance business and refer him my colleagues and associates in the business. Not only do I refer him business, I also do my personal loans with him. I feel very comfortable referring new homebuyers, investors, Real Estate agents to Todd and his team. They always do a great job. If I can think of one word to describe Todd Swanson would be Integrity. I can’t say enough about Todd Swanson and his team. This refinance went very smooth. I love the system that you can just upload your documents and then communicate easily through email messages. Whenever I had a question the team was quick to respond. Todd was very impressive about his valuable insight to my goals for my financial situation. We weighed different options about interest rates, etc… I really feel that I was given all the facts and was able to make an informed decision. Again a great choice for a Mortgage Consultant.

Todd has done it again! Flawless, easy, reassuring, and prompt. We utilized Todd for our purchase of the home in July 2017. Todd called in February 2018 and said I can lower your rate, shorten your term and get you money back! Your payment will go up about $21.
