As a former U.S. Navy Lieutenant, I genuinely believed I was not eligible for any VA benefits at all. Todd, a retired U.S. Marine Corps Warrant Officer (WO5), quickly proved otherwise. I first met Todd at a networking group and he has been my go-to mortgage broker for at least eight years now. For example, in this case, we went for the rate that would give us a credit that would cover all of the loan fees, so I ultimately did not come out of pocket on the refinance. One of Todd's areas of interest, in addition to standard mortgage financing, is real estate investing - he can discuss investing in properties for increased rent returns. Todd has amazing knowledge that goes well beyond the mortgage industry and can help guide you in the right direction.
