It was such a pleasure working with Todd and his team to purchase our home. I had a lot of anxiety about buying a home as I wasn't sure we would qualify for a house big enough for our family of 8. After our first meeting with Todd, all that anxiety was gone and the home search became really exciting. My husband and I were able to enjoy the process as Todd and his team handled all the not-so-fun details of our purchase. I give you a 10 out 10! The team is very professional and responsive. I personally appreciate not being kept in the dark and receiving regular updates. Also, the team seems to keep my best interest in mind. For instance, I was told by another lender not to shop around and not to move funds between my accounts under any circumstances, while your team encouraged me to compare and get an understanding of the loan costs, and also suggested to move all funds into one account, so I don’t need to pay wire fees for each transaction when transferring funds to the escrow account. I couldn’t believe it! Thank you again for taking me as a client last minute and assisting me with getting a loan.

I love the system that you can just upload your documents and then communicate easily through email messages. Whenever I had a question the team was quick to respond. No Questions Left Unanswered My wife and I began our home search in San Diego County and very quickly became a bit discouraged due to how fast houses were going on and off the market. A trusted friend referred us to Todd and Todd immediately put our minds at ease.

He spent over an hour on the phone with me and then even more time video chatting with my wife and I to help us understand all the numbers, rates, buyer credits, closing costs, etc. I usually approach these types of situations pretty skeptically. But, as this review is titled, Todd answered all of our questions and set our minds at ease very quickly.

Also, he was extremely patient with my wife and I and us changing our minds frequently and getting nervous in the market. He actually listened to our desired price cap and never pressured us to over extend ourselves. He was full of useful tips to get our home offers considered and his team did a great job of showing us houses and making the whole experience more enjoyable.

Lastly, and most importantly in my opinion, their phones are never off. Todd always answered my calls or called back promptly, always answered my emails, called occasionally to check on us and make sure things were going well, and his team was equally as available to us. From "we're interested in buying" to "the keys are yours, congratulations on your new home" was smooth and comfortable the entire way.
I've since referred a couple friends to Todd and will continue to do so!

Greatest Financing Experience I was referred to Todd Swanson to refinance my home. The process was easy and seamless and Todd and his team delivered on all his promises. He will put you on the right track to secure a loan thats beneficial to you. Todd exemplifies a true professional that cares about his clients an takes great pride in everything he does... From the very first conversation with Todd I knew that we could trust him with our refinance needs on our home in Lake Havasu, AZ. Todd took the time to listen to our financial situation and was able to provide great options that would allow is additional cash flow during our retirement years. We've refinanced twice before with someone else, were dissatisfied with their service, and had high hopes for working with Todd who came highly recommended by our financial advisor. From start to finish, he and his colleagues surpassed those high hopes. He spoke with us in clear language, always; he and the team laid out all options without ever overwhelming us or trying to up-sell any one product; and when our credit score wasn't what we anticipated, Todd went to bat for us with the lender so we ended up with the same picture we had been anticipating since our first meeting with him. We both work full time, and when we fell behind getting documents to Todd or anyone else involved, they gently reminded us and kept the whole process on track.When the whole thing was said and done, all documents signed and the refinance in order, Todd personally called us (on his own short vacation time!), asking if we had any lingering questions or if he could help further.Trustworthy, efficient, clear, and a good deal all around.

I am someone who doesn't get the finer points of this business. My husband and I tried to refinance with a couple of different people in the past. Both deals never happened after digging up all the necessary information and plodding through a very stop and start process. Both people were completely unresponsive with NO follow through so nothing ultimately happened. Very frustrating. The process with Todd was SO smooth. It was such a relief! I am someone who doesn't get the finer points of this business. All the information overwhelms me. Todd even has videos that guide you through the process. So helpful! We had a lot of questions and he answered them almost immediately. Afterwards, he thanked us for our business with some awesome cookies and a kind note. A great experience the whole way through.
