GREAT SUPPORT 👍🏾 Todd Swanson and his team were absolutely great! They were there for me every step of the way, walked and explained the entire refinancing process to me. Todd and his team regularly followed up with me to make sure all the proper documents were getting to the correct agencies. Todd and his team made what could have been a difficult task very easy. I will be using Todd again for an upcoming purchase and highly recommend him! I have known Todd for several years, but never needed his services. I recently re-financed my home with Todd and his team and the process was seamless. He and his team are very responsive and professional and took care of all the details for me. No Questions Left Unanswered My wife and I began our home search in San Diego County and very quickly became a bit discouraged due to how fast houses were going on and off the market. A trusted friend referred us to Todd and Todd immediately put our minds at ease.
He spent over an hour on the phone with me and then even more time video chatting with my wife and I to help us understand all the numbers, rates, buyer credits, closing costs, etc. I usually approach these types of situations pretty skeptically. But, as this review is titled, Todd answered all of our questions and set our minds at ease very quickly.
Also, he was extremely patient with my wife and I and us changing our minds frequently and getting nervous in the market. He actually listened to our desired price cap and never pressured us to over extend ourselves. He was full of useful tips to get our home offers considered and his team did a great job of showing us houses and making the whole experience more enjoyable.
Lastly, and most importantly in my opinion, their phones are never off. Todd always answered my calls or called back promptly, always answered my emails, called occasionally to check on us and make sure things were going well, and his team was equally as available to us. From "we're interested in buying" to "the keys are yours, congratulations on your new home" was smooth and comfortable the entire way.
I've since referred a couple friends to Todd and will continue to do so!

Todd has done it again! Flawless, easy, reassuring, and prompt. We utilized Todd for our purchase of the home in July 2017. Todd called in February 2018 and said I can lower your rate, shorten your term and get you money back! Your payment will go up about $21.
Why would we decline that offer?

Outstanding service I have used Todd twice and have been very very happy with the service provided by him and all his team. The first time was for a hard money loan and the second was to repay that hard money after my green card was finally issued. Todd made it all happen despite unbelievable complications
